Wierd looking picture on a Top Skater monitor

I don't know if this is the appropriate thread to put this.
I just found an eBay listing of a Top Skater machine that someone is selling.

The colors on the monitor look wierd. They're mostly blue and red. Is this possible that someone tinted the monitor or something?

I have looked at the photos provided by the seller to your Top Skater. It does seem a tad on the red side... don't know if that is because one of the colors is out, or if that particular screen just happened to be sunset background on purpose... I don't remember seeing such a background the few times I've seen it.
There's definitely a burn-in issue with the screen.
If you live near Elizabethtown, PA then it might be worth it... especially if you know someone locally that can give it a run through for next to nothing. The seller is saying they won't help you with the shipping, so you would need to find your own methods of obtaining this. It also looks like that's one big warehouse of games they have there so they might have something else you could be interested in.

The background is originally supossed to be blue. I've never seen a lot of monitors like that, either. If it's a burn-in, then it looks pretty bad. But the picture looks pretty clear. The last Top Skater machine I played on had a foggy/red monitor.

There is definitely a burn-in around the insert coins phrase. Beyond that. I'm not sure about the red background.
Got about half a day left to make a decision.
