ACAM 2014 - who's going?

At least 6 of us are planning to come in from Chicago - Fred DeHart, Chris Teter, Matt Rocco, Brian Kita, Jamie Tibbetts and me. Now that BOTA is over we are getting fired up about Funspot. Maybe we can encourage even more people to make the trip. I just booked my hotel today. We can't wait to get out there.

ok lanes are reserved for us, lets see if we can get 10 or more people in
on the candlestick bowling, maybe on wed the day before tourney or we
can shoot for monday the day after.
I haven't got all the details worked out yet but I'm guessing that I will
be getting in on Mon or Tue and staying to the following Tue.

If my group gets up there early enough, I'd be down for bowling. Never played with candlesticks before, so that'll be an experience. -Brian K.

It's much tougher than it looks lol. First time we played a few years ago, I figured 3 throws with a smaller ball, how tough can it be? It's the Rally-X of bowling....

I'd love to do it. Huge fan of bowling. The loose plan for us it be at Pinball Wizzards for Wednesday day, and then come up to Laconia sometime that evening. We'll be heading back early Monday morning.

also, LMAO at the Rally X of bowling. What a humbling mother*$$^&* of a game. I consistently think I have that thing figured out and then I struggle all weekend.

I missed the past two years due to family health and work reasons...I am very much looking forward to attend this year's event as there are some gamers/friends that I have not seen in 3-4 years.

Love it, will be great to have you back! Make sure you get in on the candlepin bowling too Robert with us. I once tried to sign someone into bowling as "Pooyan" but it only took the 1st three letters...

In all the years that I've come to Funspot, candlepin bowling is the one thing that I have never tried.
Well, that and the kiddie rides, but I seriously doubt I would fit into the bumper cards at this stage...although I DO admit to playing "Leprechaun" :)
I managed to get a few swings in on the old golf driving range before that was shut down, and I also got in a few games on the front lawn mini golf course.
