Welcome to Budget PC and Retro Games, Eldon MO's best kept secret since 2012....
A little about Budget PC and the owner:
My name is Robert Albrecht. I have been doing PC repair in the Lake of the Ozarks area since August of 1998. I have worked at several area PC stores such as The Computer Store, Great Works Computer Services and Computer Exchange as well as wrote a monthly Ask the Expert column for the Eldon Weekly Standard.
At the end of February of 2012, I left Computer Exchange in Eldon to open my own shop, Budget PC Sales and Service.
My main reasoning for doing this was I saw a need for affordable computers and repair. I kept seeing people come in looking for a PC for their children that couldn't afford a new computer or that had an old machine that it simply wasn't feasible for them to repair.
Most of my computers are priced well bellow the average prices in the area and include a full in-shop warranty. I also take trade-ins and I will recycle unwanted equipment. (call for details)
My labor rate is $40/hour for most jobs with a set rate of $49.95 for Virus Removal/PC Tune up services, $89.95 for reloading Windows as well as the updates and software to make it work correctly and I charge a flat rate of $149 for laptop screen replacement.
Most parts purchased thru me come with a free install to ensure that you PC is in top working order when it leaves.
My turn around on most jobs is less than 2 business days in most cases unless I have to order in parts.
I also carry a good selection of video games and systems as well as buy, sell, trade and consign these items.
