Description
Cinematronics version of Space War. In Space Wars, 2 players are required, which is one reason it was not a big hit in the coin-op game scene. One player takes the triangular-shaped ship, the other takes the ship vaguely resembling a Constitution Class starship from the Star Trek classic series. After inserting coins, players must decide on various optional rules, such as positive or negative gravity around the central star, weather collision with the central star is fatal, and few other parameters of game play. Then, the players battle until the timer runs out, and the game keeps track of kills. Either player can reset the current skirmish at any time, and partial hits can result in ship damage which limits its performance.
This game cannot be played solo.
