Description
The first in the Mortal Kombat series. The game features seven digitized characters complete with finishing moves called fatalities. Game features include "Test your Might" and the endurance matches which pit you against two fighters one at a time. Defeat both to win the round. This game sparked serious controversy about the amount of violence and detailed gruesomeness in video games. This game may very well be the main reason why we have ESRP ratings on all video games from now on.
